Woodworking
With complex designs architects and designers are producing these days it almost impossible to compete without CNC technology. We put this technology within reach of the smallest millwork shop. Instead of spending hours laying out complex full scale curves to hand cut, Tricom can produce these components in a fraction of the time while you concentrate on completing the job and getting on to your next project.
Composites
Our facility is equipped for high-production composite material machining being utilized by many large companies to outsource jobs that they can't justify the purchase and management of a CNC machine for.
Materials include PET, PEI, PET, PVC, Polyurethane, Balsa Wood, Honeycomb, Coosa, FRP, and more.
Tooling Board
Our large format routers are capable of accommodating up to 5 inch thick model board to produce complex 3D geometry within a close tolerance. Molds that are thicker than 5 inches can be accurately machined into layers for post-machining assembly into molds thicker than 5 inches.
